1. Acceptance
By downloading or playing Ocean Strike (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is operated by ETAR SISTEM DOO, Sremska 36, 18400 Prokuplje, Serbia.
2. Eligibility
The App is rated for ages 4 and up. If you are a minor, we assume you play with the consent of a parent or guardian. Purchases require the ability of the store account holder to enter a contract.
3. Your account
One account per player. If you sign in with Apple or Google, the sign-in information must be your own. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
4. Conduct
Keep it fair. The following are not allowed: cheating or exploiting bugs to gain an advantage, using automation or modified clients, and choosing usernames that are offensive or impersonate someone else. We may suspend or permanently close accounts that break these rules, and we may adjust or remove leaderboard entries to address cheating.
5. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their store terms — refunds are handled through the store you bought from, not by us directly. The Remove Ads purchase is a personal, non-transferable license tied to your account.
6. The service
Online features (matchmaking, friends, leaderboards, push notifications) depend on our servers and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. We may reset or correct leaderboard data where needed to keep competition fair.
7. Intellectual property
The game, its artwork, names and brand belong to ETAR SISTEM DOO. You get a personal, non-exclusive license to play — nothing more is transferred to you.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ETAR SISTEM DOO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always posted on this page with the date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
