How do I delete my account?
In the App, open Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent: it removes your profile, statistics, friends and push tokens. If you cannot access the App, email us and we will delete it for you.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Settings → Premium → Restore Purchases while signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with. Your Remove Ads unlock is re-applied immediately.
I lost connection during an online match
The game holds your seat and reconnects automatically for a short window — get back online and the match resumes. If your opponent stays away, you can claim the win after their reconnect window expires.
How does Battle Rating work?
Your Battle Rating rises and falls after every online match, based on the result and the strength of your opponent. Beating stronger opponents earns more; losing to weaker ones costs more.
How do I report a player or a bug?
Email us with your username and a short description of what happened (screenshots help). We read every report.
Will the game stay free?
Yes — Ocean Strike is free to play, supported by ads. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase if you prefer clear skies.
